If you arrive in Cebu on an early flight and have time to kill before the 2pm hotel check-in, drop-in at Oyster Bay and feast on two-plates-for-the-price-of-one oysters.  That’s 130 pesos for everything you see in the photo.  Choice of fresh or steamed, with vinegar or calamansi.

They also serve baked oysters and baked scallops topped with melting cheese.

Oyster Bar is located in Bridges Town Square, Plaridel Street, Mandaue.  Mandaue is the city you pass after crossing the bridge from Mactan airport to go to Cebu city proper.  It’s new and your cab driver or rent-a-car might not know how to get there, so just say it’s beside Seaman’s hospital.
